मंगलवार को भले ही रुपये की कीमत डालर के मुकाबले 52 रुपये के स्तर तक गिर गया हो ...... पर अब सरकार भी चाहती है की अन्य सभी बड़ी मुद्राओं की तरह भारत के रुपये की भी ब्रांड इमेज बने । इसके लिए 15 अप्रैल तक पेशेवर और गैर पेशेवर सभी से रुपये के लिए नए डिजाइन के आवेदन मांगे गए हैं ।
जीती हुई प्रविष्टि के डिजाइनर को सरकार को कॉपीराइट को सौपना होगा । डिज़ाईनर को ढाई लाख के इनाम के साथ प्रमाण पत्र भी जारी किया जाएगा । इसके अतिरिक्त अन्य पाँच प्रविष्टियों को भी सांत्वना पुरस्कार के रूप में पच्चीस - पचीस हजार रुपये दिए जायेंगे ।
विजेताओं का चयन एक 7 सदस्यीय जूरी, जिसमे कला संस्थानों से सर जे जे इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ एप्लाइड आर्ट , नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ डिजाइन, ललित कला अकादमी, इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय कला और संस्कृति केन्द्र के और सरकार और रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, से शामिल किए जायेंगे ।
निर्णायक मंडल द्वारा आए डिजाइनों में यह विशेष रूप से देखा जाएगा की मानक कुंजी पटल में यह किस प्रकार अंकित किया जा सकता है । साथ ही इस डिजाइन को भारत की संस्कृति व भारतीय विरासत से भी प्रेरित होना चाहिए । देश के ऐतिहासिक और सांस्कृतिक लोकाचार का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले इस रुपये के नए प्रतीक 'के लिए एक अभियान व्यापक रूप से वित्त मंत्रालय की वेबसाईट द्वारा छेडा गया है ।
प्रतिभागियों द्वारा अपना और डिजाइन का एक संक्षिप्त विवरण प्रस्तुत करते हुए यह भी बताना होगा कि किस प्रकार यह मुख्य प्रतीक के रूप माना जाए । इच्छुक व्यक्तियों को पंजीकरण शुल्क के रूप में किसी अनुसूचित राष्ट्रीय बैंक का वेतन एवं लेखा अधिकारी, आर्थिक मामले विभाग, नई दिल्ली, के पक्ष में 500 रुपये के एक बैंक ड्राफ्ट भी अपनी प्रविष्टियों के साथ भेजना है। प्रविष्टियाँ भेजने का पता है - सचिव (मुद्रा), आर्थिक मामले विभाग, नॉर्थ ब्लॉक, नई दिल्ली - 110 001
प्रविष्टियां एक ठीक से मुहरबंद लिफाफे में "भारतीय रुपया के लिए चिह्न" का नाम लिखकर भेजा जाना चाहिए। प्रविष्टि के साथ एक पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटोग्राफ ऊपरी दाएँ हाथ के कोने पर चिपका कर आवेदक के विवरण के साथ भेजना आवश्यक है । प्रविष्टियां, अन्य शर्तों और चयन प्रक्रिया की तैयारी के लिए मूल दिशा निर्देशों को वित्त मंत्रालय की वेबसाइट पर देखा जा सकता हैं ।
जानकारी महत्वपूर्ण है. लेकिन अभी तो रूपया पूर्णतः परिवर्तनीय नहीं हो पाया है. आभार.

ReplyDeleteAll government books specially (CBSE board) has a first page about Gandhian Ideology, which suggest to ask from ones self before doing any work that will our any particular act/ work is in favor of the any poor person of society (will our act be helpful to him or not). If its not worthy for uplift of poor/ deprived its fake and unworthy.
It condemn government's such wasteful efforts in which I have pointed out some flaws
1. When more than 30 % of fake currency is working in our economy, why are its absent from Governments priority list.
2. When our currency is not fully convertible, why are its absent from Governments priority list.
3. Why not publicising invitations from common people to register them for self employment and offering them 3-6% interest loans.
4. Why are they asking for Rs.500/ registration knowing that average Indian's (populary known as slumdogs in power corridors)income is Rs.18000/pa. they must have made its process simpler by allowing to directly submitting their sketches/ designs in sealed envelops (through registered post) at their local post office in which people can do in maximum of Rs.100 only. This irony is just because government thinks that Slumdogs opps common Indian @%#&
can not do better.
5. Government must had provided a larger period to let more and more common people to participate in almost all of its suggestion asking processes.
6. Reward must have been hectic one and impressive.
Government is planning to hide its face from reality by doing such things.

भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक की डिप्टी गवर्नर उषा थोराट की अध्यक्षता वाली एक समिति ने करीब 4,000 प्रविष्टियों में से पांच को रुपये का निशान बनाने के लिए छांटा है। इनमें से किसी एक के डिजाइन पर ही अंतिम मुहर लगेगी और विजेता के नाम का ऐलान जनवरी में कर दिया जाएगा लेकिन वित्त मंत्रालय के सूत्रों के मुताबिक मार्च से पहले तक प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं हो पाएगी।
वित्त मंत्रालय के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी का कहना है, 'आरबीआई ने अपनी सिफारिशें सौंप दी हैं लेकिन अभी इस पर वित्त मंत्रालय के साथ-साथ कैबिनेट की मुहर लगना बाकी है। इस प्रक्रिया में दो से तीन महीने का वक्त लग सकता है।'------------------

Ans. Meetings of Jury were held on 29/30 September, 2009 in Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts, New Delhi and on 16th November, 2009 in Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi for evaluation of entries. The meetings on 29th and 30th September were from 10.00AM to 5.00PM and the meeting meeting on 16th November was from 2.00 PM to 5.00PM
Que. 4- Total received deigns and total of rejects deigns?
Ans. There are 3331 eligible entries out of which five final entries were selected by the jury.

Ans. Only symbol of the applicant was presented to the Jury for selection.
Que. 10- Explain briefly the rule (hindi-MANAK) of as widely accepting across the INDIA.
Ans. The criteria adopted by the Jury in selecting the symbol was that the symbol should represent the historical and cultural ethos of the country as widely accepted across the Country and that the symbol has to be in the Indian National Language script or a visual representation. The second stage of selection focused on finer details such as whether the symbol
(i) is distinct;
(ii)can evoke a ready recall in India as well as internationally;
(iii) is not unduly cluttered, i.e. simplicity;
(iv) has strength of design;
(v) is easy to write and typecast; and
(vi) has integrity, unity of form and compact look
